✨Shamanic Healing, Reiki & Trauma Release Combined session✨

This is a 1hr 30 min session for in person & maybe slightly less depending upon what’s needed. 
My Trauma Release sessions are similar to talking therapy or counselling but you also get additional tools to use in practice that changes behaviour. This combined with a Reiki & Shamanic healing session to help release any toxicity in your energy & body is a powerful session.
